Checking in, the front desk help was more focused on wiping down the counter (I moved back to let her finish as it had been sprayed), then she went onto refilling the coffee station sloooowly, and ignoring the fact that I was even there and waiting to finish my check in and get my keycard. Light in the living room didn't work. Asked about it the first day, was there 6 days, never fixed. Stained blanket, bed so cheap the springs were prominent and stiff as a board. Old washcloth from previous guest left in bathroom. Dirty drawers in kitchenette, left over food debris. Only good thing is their basic kitchen kit, it was adequate.

This location is falsely advertised as a convention center. The staff did not clean. The sound of airplanes waa constant.
