High quality overall. A pleasure to stay.
The cost of valet parking (there is no hotel parking for guests), however, is too high.

We liked that they have a new, convenient Limo that can take you or pick you up if wishing approx 2-3 miles. We used this service a couple of times.
Staff were very friendly, we may have gotten a room upgrade but we weren't told. The room was very nice & big.

The Sunset Marquis is my ultimate choice when I come to West Hollywood
Management & staff make you feel more than welcome & the Resteraunt is a favourite even if you don’t stay there
I used the Spa twice & was excellent

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and location was great! we stayed during my son's birthday and when we checked -in he had a lovely gift from the hotel waiting for him in our room.
