You'll find the Green House tucked away from the street down a path lined with lime, peach, and mandarin trees. Quiet and peaceful, this ocean-inspired bungalow blends modern design with comfortable amenities. Enjoy the lush gardens, endless sunshine, secluded backyard, and private patio. In the heart of Venice, you'll be walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants, Abbot Kinney, and the best of the West Side.

This brand new space was renovated from top to bottom in 2025. Comfy queen bed. Table with two chairs. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, hot plate, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils! The private patio is just for our rental guests and has an outdoor table set - perfect for morning coffee, dinner al-fresco, or working out in the sunshine (the wifi connection is strong)!

We live on property and are always available to help guests throughout their stay, if not in person then via phone (we provide both our cell numbers upon booking in case you need anything).

I stayed here for a month while I got settled into LA. I could not have found a better property or more kind hosts. Recently remodeled, this unit makes the utmost use of the space with the design and furnishings and made it easy to feel at home in a new city. Kathleen and Brian were wonderful hosts and I liked the neighborhood so much I found a place to live just down the street.
