The room smelled bad, all the power outlets did not work and couldn’t charge my phone. When I call to have them fixed they literally said, “So what do you want me to do about it.” The hair dryer was not working and no effort have it fixed or replaced.

We have been to this hotel before it's been fine but this time around they didn't say anything they had a cricket infestation and so there was many crickets in her room I killed some of them but then I couldn't find one and it was going on all night long so yes I did not get any sleep. Then they told me they've been trying to get rid of the problem I wish they would have told me that before.

What a well kept property! The maintenance staff is simply amazing at this property. The front desk personnel was also very welcoming. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in the Whittier area.
