Steps to the beach, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, craftsman is just two houses from where the singer Pink lives and steps to the sand. Newly finished hardwood floors and freshly painted white walls. Great outdoor patio area and detached garage. Beautiful hibiscus trees in front yard. Great restaurants near by and perfect location for swimming and surfing. The beautiful venice canals are just a block away and Abbot Kinney st is also not far away
