Currently staying here... quite underwhelmed. 1. They put is in a room on our first night where the master bathroom stank like pee and the bathtub wasn't working. They didn't have any other rooms available even though we had paid for a ocean front 1br suite. They moved us the next day, so after traveling 8+ hrs, we didn't have a good 1st impression. 2. Several buildings are undergoing renovations. The view from the pool is scaffolding and dust from construction. The noise is only drowned by the music blaring at the pool. 3. The service here is beyond awful. Waited for over an hr at the pool bar for a drink. The wait staff continued to ignore us even after seeing us. I don't blame them entirely... the whole world hates Americans. But, to be clear we didn't vote for this mess.

Very much liked the property. Check in and check out was a breeze! Our room was fantastic! The employees were helpful, kind, and friendly! I really loved all the guys that put on the stretching class every morning down by the beach! They were all very very good!!! My only complaint was the outrageous price of the drinks over $15 and an extra shot made them close to $30!!! Also taxes on the food at 17% and then 20% tip on top of that !!!! Does NOT make it a cheap place to travel!!!!!

The views and infinity pools were stunning! Also the Ridge was the best part of the resort, even if this portion of the resort had lots of hills and was difficult to navigate the several elevators. Still we were very please that we had access to a less crowded pool with its own swim up bar and a jacuzzi with an incredible view. Also its own dedicated restaurant was a bonus! The food overall was incredible though the service around the was sometimes lacking due to scarcity of servers. We also had an uncomfortable time dealing with tipping the staff that were very helpful. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

We were supposed to stay at the Playa Grande Resort and Grand Spa, Cabo San Lucas. As soon as we arrived we were transferred to the hotel next door by front office management to the Grand Solmar Land's End Resort and Spa. Which was apparently an "upgrade." They didn't even give us an option to look at the room we booked, just said we are moving to the other Hotel, we were not happy, the original Resort we booked looked more kid friendly and also had mini golf. The hotel they transferred us to was more for adults. Also told us we could take the shuttle back and forth and go to the other resort to play mini golf and even eat there, and when we did, we were told we had to pay for everything. We paid a lot of money for the all inclusive plan on Expedia, but they said that because we booked on Expedia, we get only the meal plan and not all inclusive. When we complaint, the management staff and front office staff's attitude changed towards us for the rest of our stay, not being very friendly. The staff at the pool and restaurants were great. No complaints with any of them.

Sure! Here's a more polished and rephrased version of the review: --- The property's food options feel outdated and uninspired. The rooms and bathrooms seem stuck in the 1980s, and even the TV within wardrobe look like they’re from the 1970s. The beach is beautiful, but it's a no-swim zone. There are very few or no free activities for kids. Pool chairs are available all time and service around pool area is good. -this resort has lot of potential but they need to stepup big time to make resort feel back to 2025
