A excellent place to stay in Lossiemouth. Near the golf course with great views and short distances for conveniences. Picturesque with beautiful houses and buildings as well as coastal views.

Room came with hot tub & balcony which was a great experience with good views of the golf course, beach and lighthouse. Standard room and shower room - was like staying in someones spare bedroom rather than a hotel. Good experience!

Just returned home from Poseidons inn, fantastic weekend away. Stayed in room 1 with the private hot tub, this feature definitely made our weekend! Highly recommend! Fantastic views across the golf course & beach! Only down side is there’s no food facilities within the room only a kettle, however you can book for food at the sister hotel further into Lossiemouth! Will definitely be back to stay at Poseidons inn & will recommend it to family & friends also.

Amazing

Just back from an amazing stay...everything was so clean and fresh. Lovely touch with the bath robes and slippers. Comfy bed and great there were extra towels for the hot tub. Views from the hot tub and balcony were incredible. Mini fridge came in handy for our bottle of bubbly. Will definately be back.

Great location, comfort,shame about office blinds!

Positives: Great view & location! Quiet whilst only short walk from town / restaurants etc; clean, comfortable room; good communication and resolution of any issues. Could be better: issue for me (and reason for lower score) was the room having only office vertical blinds on the three long windows looking out to entrance, which let light in and disturbed my sleep (which is so important when you're away). Seemed really strange and just not suitable for blocking light in a bedroom. Main sliding doors to balcony had lovely thick curtains, so it didn't make sense. Was a shame as there are lots of good things about this place, but I would not return for thus reason alone.

Easy entry system. Well cared for property and modern with pleasant entrance and stairway to room. Room was large and modern with well maintained furnishings. Bathroom was obviously new with a shower over bath and plenty of hot water, although our preference would be a walk in shower. We thought that the mattresses were a little on the hard side for us though with heavy duvets more suited to colder weather. We were lucky to have warm weather and the room was very warm. There was no mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom which was a bit frustrating at times, but overall a nice bright room with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space also a desk come dressing table although didn’t use it as no mirror. We sat out for a while on the little decking area and enjoyed watching the golfers and the sea views. Our booking included breakfast at The Firth Hotel in the main part of Lossiemouth so had to drive there in the morning, hot breakfast was made to order and there was also fresh fruit and yogurt available which I enjoyed. Pleasant staff in both the Firth and Poseidon so an enjoyable stay.
