The staff were excellent . I have stayed here before and always a great stay. However in the bathroom in front of the toilet there were urine stains on the tile floor. I used a wash cloth, and scrubbed the floor. It came up , but very disgusting to have to scrub up someone else’s urine. I was disappointed for the first time at your hotel. I recommended your hotel too 3 other couples , that was there also. They said there rooms were fine.

This is the second time staying at this hotel in less than two weeks. On our second stay there was black mold in the corners of the bathtub which wasn’t great but I dealt with it for the 2 nights we were there. What I couldn’t deal with was waking up in the morning and noticed a Live Bed Bug crawling across my pillow. Then I checked the other bed that my son was sleeping in a noticed a fresh blood stain on the sheet which obviously came from a Bed Bug having a blood meal on him. Hotel manager did comp me 1 night stay and apologized but didn’t act surprised when I initially showed them the Bed Bug.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The elevator was concerning so we used the stairs the whole time. Breakfast was very very simple. We stayed as a quick pit stop to take a snooze and were back on the road the next day. Fine for our needs.

We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, but there were many things that made this a terrible stay for us. The front desk attendant was not friendly and when we asked to have a room on the ground floor she said that wasn't possible since it was a 3rd party reservation. She didn't make any offer to fix this in some way. Also, we unfortunately woke up Saturday morning and Sunday morning to find small bugs in the room. Some got into our cup of coffee, one was on my wife's face when she woke up and more were running across the cabinet. This was very disturbing to find and we took the two we killed to the front desk. Nothing was offered except a "sorry" because again they said it was a 3rd party reservation so the couldn't do any type of adjustment. We will likely not come back to this hotel again.
