Located in Mansion Row, Historic Escape has plenty of space and historic charm your family will love. You can take a short walk out the front door to all the wonderful Downtown shops, restaurants, and bars New Albany has to offer. The house is also located directly across from the entrance to the New Albany Riverfront and the Ohio River Greenway. You can cross the street and enjoy the scenic Ohio River while the kids play on the playground, or you can enjoy a concert at the amphitheater!

Coming in town for Derby or other event in Louisville? Staying in New Albany is a great option. Only an 18 minute drive to Churchill Downs, and 10 minute drive to Downtown Louisville!

Overnight Stay

The house was immaculately clean with all the amenities one would think. We were staying overnight to attend opening day races at Churchill Downs and the house was located in a place that was easy to get to Churchill Downs. We would definitely stay again and I recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Within walking distance to everything New Albany has to offer, only 15 minutes from Louisville. Beautiful house with charm.
