We have been staying here for a few years. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. We ran the Bolder Boulder and they were happy to give us an extended checkout time so we could shower. The only two things that could use improvement are adding microwaves in the rooms and maybe having more options in creamers to add to the Starbucks coffee.

Toilets in guest room need to be reconsidered for older, not necessarily handicapped, guests. Toilet was so close to the ground it was hard to get up, and there was no grab bar. Also, the distance between the toilet seat and water was so minimal that, when wiping, my hand dipped into the water. Truly disgusting.
