Our check in was easy and smooth and we were on the first floor which was great! We even still had time to take our daughter swimming before we called it a night. The room was very clean and had enough bath towels for the family. The pull out couch was perfect for our toddler to sleep on. Overall, a great place to stay.

Staff was great but the shower in the room was not functioning properly. had trouble turning water on and off as usual. Also we like everyone else in the hotel had to run outside in the freezing cold because alarm went off because someone burnt their toast. And breakfast that is usually the highlight of my stay and I always stay at Hampton Inn if it is available but the breakfast mediocre at best.
