Welcome to our newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom family home. Ideal for families, it features a king master suite and two queen beds and a double. Located in a relaxing, family-friendly neighborhood behind major hospitals, it's close to TOP GOLF, Expo, Oxmoor Center, St Matthews Mall, downtown, and Churchill Downs. Enjoy the vibrant nightlife, bourbon trail, parks, and shopping. The brand-new remodel includes modern appliances, and the spacious backyard is great for gatherings.

We are in the perfect location for exploring Derby City. This spacious and inviting residence is great for families, friends and offers a comfortable and stylish retreat in one of Louisville's most desired neighborhoods. The house was very spacious for 6 adults and clean. Sitting outside around the firepit was relaxing after a full day visiting Louisville. The property manager, Shannon, was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add more lighting in the master bedroom and to remove the weeds around the fire pit. The location was perfect. Close to stores, downtown Louisville and the airport.

Girls Get Away

This was a "Girl Cousin's Get Away". The house was perfect for us; we had two mother/daughters, and then 3 singles. With the 2 1/2 baths it worked great and the kitchen living room area was open and big enough for lounging and visiting around the table. Weather was a bit cool that weekend and our activity schedule didn't allow us to utilize the nice back yard. The location was perfect our the activities we chose (Churchill Downs, Bardstown, and Hermitage Farm). We didn't cook at the house, again we were on the go. The Mexican restaurant Felipe's (on Dutchman) is awesome and just down the road. BBQ place Momma's is good too. We did have to contact the host about a small need; and it was handle quickly. This is the second time I have stayed at this house and will again.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a very nice stay! Very quiet neighborhood, but the stores were just minutes away. We really liked how everything was new and decorated. The kitchen was very nice and had all the utensils and items you would need for your stay. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard and fire pit.

Nice house and neighborhood

The house was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Took my elderly parents which was difficult bc there is no handrail at the front steps. They also needed the walk-in shower which was in the king room down a few steps in the refinished garage. The handrail was wobbly so they couldn’t do it. We also battled the heater that was on a schedule to maintain 73 which I don’t want it over 70 in the winter. We would set it to 64 at night and have to get up several times during the night to turn it down. We could not figure out how to even turn it completely off so we had to open doors during the day to cool off. There is no house number and we got there late so thank goodness we had seen a picture of the outside of the house. We received checkin info which we checked before driving 6 hours. Arrived at 11 pm and the code didn’t work. Went to vrbo to contact the host and there was a message that the code had been changed. I would think they would text you with a change like that since most people don’t recheck instructions prior to getting there. Kitchen was well stocked. Some beds were soft and some hard so everyone could find one to be comfy.

Christmas with the fam

This property fit our needs perfectly. Our son lives close to the property so made it convenient for him and his family to join us. With the four bedrooms, everyone had their own. Large kitchen/living room area had plenty of room for the cooks and the TV goons. Check in was easy, didn't get any check out instructions though. Kitchen was stocked ok, could have used a blender and hand mixer (we did bring our own mixer). Had a few ants (in December), but made sure that food area was kept clean and that took care of it. Will definitely try to stay here again, if available.

This house was perfect! A well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and convenient location all added up to a great stay! We appreciated the fire pit and four parking spaces, too.

A nice place to stay!!

Great curb appeal with a big backyard for outdoors activities. There was plenty of room for my family where we could be together or could go to our individual rooms. Enough room where we all ate together. The property managers were very patience and helpful. Myself and family enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

We had an overall good experience. It was a VERY hot weekend and I don’t think the air conditioner was adjusted early enough as the house was still showing 78° inside when we arrived. The air ran all weekend and the house never got below 73° inside. We were gone most of the weekend though so it wasn’t a huge issue. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen, however we just made sure to clean up after ourselves any time we were in the kitchen and frequently sprayed the counter surfaces and walls to try and keep them under control. The house otherwise was exceptionally clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples) to relax and enjoy a weekend in the city. the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. I would stay again.
