Our stay was average at best , the bed and pillows were comfortable the room was clean but the noise is almost to much . ,you can hear every door slam people talking in the hallway And the worst part was them booking a family a kids on the 3rd floor that sounded like a stampede from the moment we checked in till after 10 pm and again in the morning as soon as 7 am stomping running around pretty much woke us up instantly . Very inappropriate. This should be a question asked when renting .. put kids and loud families away from this of us that work all evening and like to actually get sleep through the morning before our departure . I'm sure I'm not the only one that heard them all night and morning 😔

The bathroom floor wasnt sweep, or sweep well. My companions hair was still on the floor. It was easy to spot because it was black and long. There was a dead bug on the floor I noticed night 1 and when we checked out it was still on the hallway floor. The toilet paper roll should have been replaced, since it only had a few sheets left on the roll, although there was still paper on the roll beside it. I did like that on the Breakfast bar, the biscuits and gravy was very good tasting. The egg omelet was a bit dried out. Your coffee maker took forever to complete the cup of coffee. We had to help a few people in how to use it after we had figured it out ourselves. I realize that the maids only have about 20 minutes to clean each room, but they need to take a little more care for patrons who spend more then 1 night, especially when you charge so much for your rooms. The quality should have been better. The TV wouldn't work for me, the buttons didnt response when I tried to change channels. If I'm able to come back next year, I will spend more time researching other hotels
