Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and just exceptional all around. From check in to leaving the building we were greeted with kindness. Tim in club level was so kind and funny! I will definitely be staying here again, instead of the Galt House.

We had to leave early due to a blizzard warning coming over the weekend. We contacted Expedia which contacted our hotel. Unfortunately they did not want to allow us to adjust our agreement. They have some decent views of Louisville though
