Over booked. Other family had to go to different hotels

Tonda, we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. However, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience surrounding your reservation. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding related to the duration of your stay. We did have two rooms that had water damage due to a guest leaving his water on. We thought we would have them ready, and we did not. We strive to ensure all reservations are handled correctly to keep our guests satisfied and comfortable. We did get your reservation moved to another Marriott and paid for the room for the inconvenience. So noisy

It was so noisy Friday night was the worst people letting there kids run up and down the hallway kids banging on the walls. Every night it was very loud. Honestly should of changed hotels and I really just was not impressed that when I called down they didn’t come up to tell them to stop making so much noise
