The entire property, and especially our room, smelled horrendous. There was no way to open a window, leaving us to suffer in the stench of the hotel. We booked a 4-night stay and had to leave after staying just one night. My husband and daughter had terrible headaches, and I was extremely nauseous from the odor. Breakfast was terrible. The man at the front desk tried his best to be helpful. Still waiting for a refund.

Nice hotel that felt very safe. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Shopping and dining options in the direct area. Lots of areas in Louisville were congested from construction and honestly did not feel safe. This hotel was in a nice, safe feeling area which helped me enjoy my stay much more. Would definitely stay again.

Hotels.com let me down ! !

This is not what I expected from hotels.com. The room smelled like chemicals (not like cleaning). The bathroom was horrible. The fan didn't work. The paint in the shower ceiling and floor was half done. The floor was not completed. The towels have seen better days. The only lights that worked was the one by the bed and over the fridge. I wish I took pictures but I really wasn't going to say anything but you know we relay on these websites to steer us in the right direction and this location was not it. I went to move my daughter into school and I will be back in the area but will not stay here again.

Bed and pillows were riduculously lumpy and hard. Breakfast was absolutely minimal. It was very clean and affordable.

Bathroom very small; Needs to upgrade rooms real bad; breakfast (low quality, sour milk) and breakfast staff needs real improvement; everything was there for the name sake = old carpets and room, very small bathroom, towels were old and glorified hand towels size (small); we thought we were coming to a nicer hotel but it ranked lowest hotel in the area (we stayed in 4 different hotels in the area)
