Check in at 3pm, check out at 11 with breakfast at 7am. No customer service, reception staff doesn't even look you in the eyes while you talking. Tiny lift, lots of stairs, if you cannot do stairs I would rather not book it. No hot water service, therefore no tea or coffee available. Dusty environment, reception room sittings broken. Smell of dump, old furniture, noisy at night due to old flooring, moldy toilets. Nothing like the pictures they advertise. Not a 3 star hotel more like a motel !

Staff’s friendly. We’re allowed to check in early without any additional charges. They have an elevator. Short walk from the train station. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around the area.

The room was adequate and reflective of the price. The hotel is a little tired but the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was on the top, fourth floor, and had a sloping section of the roof which proved to be a head strike issue, but only once! The squeaky floor had me feeling a little sorry for whoever was in the room below.
