Bedroom 2-
This fun, jungle-themed room features a queen-sized LED bed, smart TV, bean bag chair, blackout curtains, and a large walk-in closet—perfect for kids or the young at heart.

Bedroom 3-
Cozy up in a queen LED bed in this bold, lion-inspired room. Includes blackout blinds, extra closet storage, and a luxury feel that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Master Bath-
Fully stocked with a large walk-in shower, jack and jill sinks, large walk-in closet, and separate toilet. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).

Bath 2-
Fully stocked with a large bathtub/shower combo. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).


Bath 3-
This bathroom is located on the main floor as a 1/2 bath that comes fully stocked.

High speed wifi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, and cleaning essentials are provided.

FAQ:
This is a 3-story home that will require stairs to access the main floor of the home where the kitchen and living room is located. The futon on the entry-level can be folded into a very comfortable and plush queen sized bed.


PARKING:
We have an oversized 2 car garage with one extended stall for larger trucks and then additional street parking can be found in the circular drive of the cul-de-sack. PLEASE NOTE- parking directly in front of the garage will not be allowed as it may block neighbors from the shared driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking on the premises including patios (additional cleaning fees will be applied). No large events or parties are allowed at our home with our prior consent. The home is monitored with noise monitoring devices that will automatically notify you if you and your guests are over the allowable noise level. This is a family neighborhood in which we request full privacy and respect for our neighbors is required. Any violation can result in additional fees. We encourage a fun and hospitable escape for our guests but please be respectful of all!

ADDITIONAL INFO:
The garage can be accessed via a remote found on the entry coat rack/table and must be placed back. Pool and fitness center keys will also be placed in the same spot. Rekeying/replacing will result in a $75 fee. Thanks!

GUEST ACCESS:
The entirety of the home can be accessed to all guests. Garage space can be used by guests. Access to the home can be done by keyless entry at the front door, garage remote, and then additional key fobs are provided for entering the community centers and pools.
