This property was great. We wanted to be able to walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and casino, and this was a easy walk to all. The hill up to the house with groceries would have been a challenge but we had a car luckily. The upper deck/patio was very comfortable and relaxing. We were out and about most days, however when we wanted to sit back and stay inside, we did find the couches to be older and uncomfortable. But we didn't mind, we enjoyed the great weather and stayed on the upper deck watching the planes take off and land over the beach. We came to this area specifically for the beach and airplane experience. Great location and property !

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything in Maho and an easy drive to the rest of the island. The planes were not an issue and the rooms were quiet. The Host lives on the property and is friendly. The home was clean. We would stay here again.

Right in the heart of Maho

This is a beautiful property. You are located within walking distance of Maho beach, Mullet beach, Casino Royale and the market. Paul has the ameneties well described in his listing. There is some night noise from the bars downtown but the bedrooms are all located on the back of the house so you hardly hear it. You are close to the airport but there are few if any planes between 7 pm and 7 am. The feature of this house that we liked best was the huge patio on the second floor. It was a great place to lay in the sun or sit and relax.The only downside to this property is it is up a fairly steep hill so if you are not pysically fit you need to rent a car. We did not rent a car and although we arer in good shape for our age we found it hard coming home carrying groceries. We had few problems but Paul lives right next door so he was there immediately to help.

Aloha Penthouse is well equipped and spotless. Short walking distance to a beautiful beach, restaurants and the casino. A well stocked market is just a few minutes walk. The upstairs terrace was very large with both sun and shade.seseatinh

Great Location, Great Stay

I had an amazing stay at Paul's home. I rented a car, but it is actually walking distance to stores, restaurants, nightlife, and Maho beach. The 3 bedroom home was very spacious, with AC and strong WiFi in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. You do hear music at night, and airplanes taking off but not enough to disrupt sleeping. One of the best places to stay in St Martin overall!
