Kitchen was not ready for cooking. There was,no hot water when i checked at 630 am. There were no toiletries such as shampoo lotion body wash conditioner n 1 bar of soap that would even last even 1 shower. I went and ask for items and was told they dont provide them i must provide my own. They did allow me to check in early because i had flood af my house which i was grateful for. My keys didnt work and i had to get them redone 2x still didnt work so he had to bring computer to activate locks the room was 52 degrees when i got there and took forever to warm up. No blanket on bed. Lamps didnt work. B

The location was great. The room was just okay. Many standard room amenities weren’t available. The exterior door had a large gap at the bottom. Room keys quit working more than once.

As always the staff is so kind. Kevin is quick to answer any questions and help with any problems. The rooms are spacious, there's plenty of places to set your things without having to put them on the floor. Shower is hot beds are comfy. Full size refrigerator and a stove make it easy to not have to eat fast food. Great stay!
