Easy access to I-27 with a short 18 minute drive to the airport and Texas Tech. Separate guesthouse gives you the privacy and comfort you need. The main house is in close proximity should a need arise. The Little Red Farmhouse is complete with a separate bedroom/bath, appliances, coffee, tea, wine, water, and snacks.

Nice little farmhouse

My son and took a trip to Colorado and stayed at the little red farmhouse one night on our way back. It was very nice and well stocked. I highly recommended it if you’re staying in the area.
