Staff was friendly and room was clean. The overall stay was disappointing because the room was so dated and all though clean was dingy. The air-conditioning was also subpar and not much green space for pets outside. I expected more for the price and the name.

Our stay started with a maintenance guy in her room with the door open. The pool had throw up in it. And breakcast was ok. Couch is wore out with cushons hanging out. But ambiance is super cool.

We love staying at Embassy because they’re usually always nice and also for the breakfast. This trip we had early mornings and didn’t realize breakfast would be served later on weekends so we weren’t able to eat. As far as the room, it’s very dated and worn out. Moldy vents in the bathroom. Shower was weak and when you adjusted the shower head, it somehow turned off the hot water.

Rooms on the freeway side are a little noisy but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices but the cooked to order omlettes were the best! The atrium is beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are rundown and need updating. The couches and chairs are dirty and need replacing. Lots of signs of wear and tear. We tried to use the hot tub but it was just as cold as the pool. The staff was great! All of the staff i interacted worth was friendly, helpful, and worked hard. The bar area is beautiful- the rooms just need updating

Excellent Hotel

Such a fantastic environment and always a pleasurable stay. Excellent customer service, clean rooms & comfortable beds! Love the made to order breakfast, the evening music, snacks and drink coupons. And at check-in, I was given a beautiful rose to celebrate Valentine’s Day! This hotel truly brings customer service to the forefront!

The only real complaint i have isnthe eggs for breakfast. They're made from that powder eggs stuff and i just cant stand the taste of them. But with it being complimentary with the stay its not worth complaining over. Well worth the stay.
