Stone Oak is a nice family-sized home in a great location that is in the heart of the medical district and convenient to Texas Tech University and downtown events at Buddy Holly Hall, the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, or the First Friday Art Trail. We are also less than 10 minutes by car or bicycle from the United Supermarkets Arena (graduations, concerts, basketball and other events). Several major athletic events are less than 2.5 miles away (Texas Tech football, soccer, baseball, softball, etc.), and it's a quick trip to any shopping you may find. The Lubbock area is also home to several award winning wineries and world class restaurants.

As you walk in, you enter the large living area with hardwood floors. This room has a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 adults. Wine glasses and a corkscrew are located in the large entertainment center that also has several board games, a DVD player, and a few movies. There is 50" TV that has HDMI hookups available. The leather sectional can double as a bed if needed. It is large enough to sleep two to three adults. There are a few pillows and blankets available to snuggle up on the couch and read, watch TV, or take a nap.

The living room opens up to a spacious kitchen with a high top table that can seat six and plenty of room for family-style cooking. There is a full-sized side by side refrigerator, a range oven with a five burner stove top, and a dishwasher. Pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, dishes, silverware, etc. are provided along with small quantities of cooking basics including several seasonings, sugar, flour, and cooking oil. There is also a crockpot, toaster oven and microwave oven available for quick meals. A water kettle, Keuring coffee maker and a full sized coffee maker are also provided along with a few K-Cups. The large pantry houses the microwave oven and various grilling utensils.

The north bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a standard twin over twin bunk bed. The south bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This bedroom has it's own private entrance and also overlooks the back patio.

Situated between these two bedrooms is a newly remodeled full sized bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower. The shower is equipped with both a standard and a rainfall shower head. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom.

The amazing master bedroom comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and wine fridge. There is a 65" curved flat screen TV mounted above a wood burning fireplace that you can watch from the comfort of an oversized chair and ottoman. If you have time, there are even a few books available to read. The barn doors to the master bedroom open up to a serene oak tree covered brick back patio. The tree covered patio has a couple of tables and several chairs if you want to cook out on the propane grill or smoke something on the smoker.
