We will definitely be back here the next time we come to visit our son at Texas Tech! It is clean, the staff friendly & welcoming, the hotel is conveniently located (right off the highway, easy access, and just down the street from our son’s rental house), the breakfast was great (so much more than just continental- eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt…), and the lobby is very open and spread out with nice small areas to work. I was able to come down there while my hubby slept in and had a lovely space to read, work, and also to call a friend! Also, we drove to Lubbock after work on a Friday from Dallas so got in very late. The desk staff was present & ready to welcome us! Thank you!!!

This property was a good value for a short stop. The hotel felt new and was in good repair. The room was spacious with a nice desk and the bed and bedding were quite comfortable. We used the gym in the morning and it had ample equipment. The staff were responsive and friendly. It was easy to get to from the highway and quiet.

I made res and stated we want on 1st floor, we were told no problem…. We got here and they stated they were all taken, we made our res months ago to insure we got one since we have our dog with us….. The desk person just gave us some BS lip service.
