Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first hotel room was infested with small cockroaches, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We immediately reported the issue and were moved to another room, but unfortunately, the second room had roaches as well.
We expected a clean, comfortable, and sanitary room, and that was simply not our experience. Having to deal with cockroaches and then being moved to another room with additional problems was unacceptable and really affected our stay.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness and pest-control issues so future guests do not have to experience what we did.
