It was very close to Tech, which we wanted. Everything was great and as listed. Very clean. Cute space for two people. I wished the ac was a little stronger. Not a central ac. An air conn.
Clean and stylish little bungalow--the trumpet flower overhang was so pleasant outside the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen practical. My husband is 6'3" and 270 and the shower and toilet was a little too tiny for him--so just a heads up if you're bigger folk--it worked, but not very comfortable for him. Thankful for the filtered water pitcher and toaster oven.
We stayed for one night while passing through the area. The house was clean and easy to access. Walking distance to the Pizza place was a plus as we arrived hungry! The place was small but plenty of room for 2 adults, one child and a dog. We will stay here if ever passing through again.
My overall experience couldnât have been better. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed with nice pillows, sheets, etc.. provided coffee which is important to me. Roku TV with many options for viewing. Very private place to stay and was quiet. Nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again recommend it to everyone I know. Kevin always got back with me quickly and answered any questions I had. I have absolutely no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!
We were in town to visit our student and attend Carol of the Lights. This was a great location for our trip. The studio was just the right size for my husband and I.
We loved our stay. The description was accurate and the location was great for Texas Tech. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great. What else can you ask for?!
I needed a place to stay overnight on my way back to Austin and this met my needs. The property worked well for my two dogs as I could let them off-leash in the small but fully fenced area. The bed was comfortable. The host sent check-out requirements the day before, including washing used dishes, removing sheets and towels, and setting the trash by the door. I would stay here again for the same purpose.
Perfect for a short visit. I came in town to visit my daughter at college, and it was the perfect set up for us to hang out and for me to work during the day. Easy walk to food and drinks if you don't have a car. Loved it!
I love this place. Itâs in. Great neighborhood, close to campus, restaurants, very clean and comfortable. Everything I need is right down the road. Kevin the host is also great to work with. 2nd time staying here and in September will have the main house for family weekend. Will definitely be my go to for the next 4 years.
We loved our stay in this adorable âcasita!â Private entrance, private patio area with beautiful blooming flowers. Comfy bed, super soft fluffy bath towels, and all details were thoughtfully provided. Canât wait to come back!
We needed a small getaway house for the wedding weekend. Our daughter had her wedding this weekend in Lubbock and I wanted her to have her own space and not be bothered. Very comfortable bed and clean space. She loves J&B coffee and the house was very close to the coffee shop. Quiet area to rest and relax. Very easy to get where she needed as well.
Read all the information about this facility. There is no stove and literally no counter space except for the eating bar. The interior is nicely done for the size, but itâs only about maybe 250 sf. It has a queen bed but no bedroom, it is a studio. The bathroom has a very small shower and very small area for the toilet; however the vanity is nice. BYOTP if you prefer anything other than the thinnest single ply tp. The kitchen was lacking: it had plates and silver for 4. If youâre there more than a day, you need to hand wash dishes but there is no dish cloth or sponge and only 2 small thin dish towels. The bare necesssities, nothing extra. It has a nice toaster oven but the first day I made toast in it, it set off the smoke alarm (there was no smoke, only heat from the oven). The description makes clear there is only street parking; however we arrived on a Friday eve about 7:30 and had to park a block away. The air conditioner works great. I think this place could benefit from better quality TP, better kitchen supplies. Also, clean up the outside. Entry is a terrible first impression. BTW, Kurig coffee maker, bring pods if youâre a coffee drinker. There is no Hulu.
