We were in town visiting relatives for Thanksgiving and this house was the perfect place to stay. Everything was well kept, clean and very beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying there and would book it again in the future. Six Stars!

This house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! We loved the soft and cozy sectional couch, enjoying conversation and family time. The master bath was amazing with oversize tub and rainshower, big closet too. The backyard was perfect for our pug. Stayed here for Tech’s family weekend and, although it wasn’t right next to the university, it was still easy to get on 19th and drive straight down to all the weekend events there. Hosts were responsive and helpful. A lovely property!

Great West Lubbock Stay

Newer build located on the west side of Lubbock. About 12 minutes from Tech and easy access to 289 and west side food and activities. Exactly as described, worked out very well for long weekend. The house, area and yard were great to relax. The host communication was excellent, we didn't really need anything, but they were very proactive / responsive when we did communicate. I highly recommend if the area of town works for you.

Everything we needed and more!

We loved staying in this beautiful house! It is clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining this house and offering a premium experience for guests! We appreciated the cleanliness and all the thoughtful appointments and extras! The owner is great and communication was wonderful! The neighborhood is new (still building new properties), safe and quiet. This is a perfect house, and I would love to stay here every time I visit Lubbock.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The home was so beautiful, exceptionally clean, wonderfully decorated and so perfect for our little family!! Check in was super easy as was communicating with the owners. The mattress was a little firmer than we prefer, but that’s just personal preference. The only suggestion that I would make, is adding a hair dryer. I almost had a whole meltdown, because I forgot mine, but thank God my daughter had brought hers 😅 lol. If we ever need to go to Lubbock again, we’d definitely stay here again!!

A gem in West Texas

The best appointed short term rental in Lubbock. Clean, fresh, great location, quiet neighborhood, great communication, great back yard for our dog. Felt like we were staying in a model home. Top tier property.
