Highly recommended!

Ibis Styles Luzern is conveniently located in Lucerne. It is a modern hotel with emphasis on simple. Simple furnishings and basic supplies. But with a 5-Star staff. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned our room every day. And the breakfast crew made sure there was plenty of fresh breakfast items available each morning.

Our view was to a parking lot, no mountains but it was mostly quiet so we didn't complain as our previous hotel was very loud. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Loved the visitor card. Was in a pretty good location in old town. We ran into a couple very large groups checking in which made it hard to enter as lobby is pretty small. We didn't eat breakfast there but we did get free coffee and the staff allowed us to bring plates and silverware up to our room which we thought was nice. It was mostly clean, only complaint is in the bathroom. I took a bath and a flake of scum or mold ended up in the tub with me some how. My friends said they could use a shower curtain too (only had half glass) because when they showered, water got all over. AC didn't do much but we had for open do was nice and cool. Needs were pretty comfy to me too.
