This tiny home "glampsite" is located atop a 200 ft bluff with breathtaking views of the fresh coast! While we don't have beach access, this destination is perfect for small groups looking for a getaway where you can enjoy the hot tub and sunsets over the lake. Features include a kitchenette in each room, a full bathroom (exterior access only), dining area, & corn hole!
We offer internet, but itâs unreliable, expect little to none. Cell service also spotty. A perfect spot to unplug and unwind!
Located minutes from downtown Ludington in a quiet area along the lakeshore! There is a privacy fence from the neighbors to the north and the neighbors to the south are separated by a beautiful orchard. Please respect our neighbors! We like them a lot.
Guests have access to the entire property. You will receive a door code after booking for easy access!
Restrictions include the following: 1) Do not go beyond the fence next to the bluff 2) Respect the neighbors
After a long car ride, you finally arrived at your vacation destination along the fresh coast! Leave your bags in the car- you can get those later! Make your way to the back porch, take a minute to breathe in the fresh air, and gaze at the blue waters of Lake Michigan. Over 100 feet of private lakeshore views for just you, your family, and your friends! You all deserve this moment, so take a group selfie, share it with everyone, and never forget it!
Get ready for an upscale camping experience with indoor sleeping (including heat and/or AC) and a full bathroom, but all the joys of outdoor living with the sights and sounds of nature!
When youâre ready, head inside and drop off your bags in one of the two rooms, each featuring a kitchenette, TV, queen-sized sofa bed, and lofted twin bed for sleeping. Each bed is freshly made with clean cozy sheets. All bedrooms come with bedside fans and easy to reach outlets to charge your devices. We provide extra sheets and pillows at your request. Let the adventurous ones in the group, rock, paper, scissors over who gets the lofted beds!
Outside, you will find lawn games, a griddle, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and hot tub. After a competitive game of cornhole, grab a drink and relax on the porch overlooking the lake or check out the hot tub with a view of the horizon!
In the mood for food? Let the grill master loose at the 4-burner outdoor griddle. Or head 15 minutes to downtown Ludington and grab a nice dinner at one of the local breweries or restaurants. While in town, take a stroll down Ludington State Park Beach, dip your toes into Lake Michigan, and search for some cool Petoskey stones.
After dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories while the sun goes down. If it's raining outside, cozy up inside and watch a movie. Still have some energy left? Grab a board game and turn on some music!
The early risers will love to grab a cup of coffee and sitting in on the porch facing the lake. This is one of our favorite spots! When everyone wakes up, make some eggs and pancakes on the griddle (or in the kitchenette). There are many things to do in Ludington, flip open the guidebook if you need inspiration.
There is plenty of space for parking!

How close is Lake Michigan Tiny Home Glamping to the airport?
This apartment is 38.8 mi (51-min drive) away from the Manistee, MI (MBL-Manistee County-Blacker) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
The host was amazing to work with from start to finish! Our family of 6 had a great stay. We were glad we didn't bring our dog, as 6 humans in the tiny glamping house was enough. Haha! But if you have less people, and want to bring your dog, it's a great location to do so!
Did NOT meet our expectations. Not even close to what we wanted based on the photos and descriptions.Be ready for a lot of bugs and ticks. Have your flashlights and light sources with you as it is very dark after sunset. Get there before sun set, if you want to be at this place. It has no access to the beach according to the host. Finding this location after dark is very hard , eve with GPS. You have to go up a free-standing ladder for so-called sleeping bunkers beds. You must be careful not to get by a ceiling fan while climbing the ladder. The bathroom is on the back of the unit, there are steppingstones to it, but no path lights to see where steppingstones are located. Parking is not well defined, so if you get there after dark you cannot be sure if you are in people's front yard or not. At the time of our visit there was no internet available, the host said internet was impacted by an upgrade issue.. Due to concerns about health and safety , we did not stay in this location and moved to a nearby hotel. My family and I did NOT enjoy this place.
Pros:
(1) Hot tub is relaxing!
(2) View is incredible!
(3) Clean and well stocked tiny house.
(4) Fire pit is great!
(5) Just a short drive into town and nearby beaches.
Cons:
(1) Tv does not tilt down in south side room making it very difficult/ impossible to watch movies at night. We had to use a laptop.
(2) Kuerig coffee machine was dirty. We bought a French press instead.
(3) Privacy fence does not go the full length of the house. This makes it awkward going to the bathroom (located at the back) especially when the neighbors (who you will share a driveway with) are sitting nearby on their porch.
Overall, as a couple, we stayed here comfortably. We were able to use one side of the tiny house as a bedroom and the other as a living space. Cool concept and a fun glamping experience!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for us, the weather was great, and the sunsets were phenomenal!
Communicating with the host was super easy, and we heard back within hours!
If youâre looking for a nice getawayâŠ.this is it!!
Overall a cute, little cabin with everything you may need. I stayed 3 nights with my 2 medium, sized dogs and we primarily used the property to unwind at night from a day of activities. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness not because of the physical living area, but due to maintenance of the outdoor living area was a bit overgrown. Overall would recommend as not to far from anything, dog friendly, and the hosts were easy to reach and friendly.
Stayed here over the 2024 macker weekend and the location wasnât too far out of the way. The stay was cozy with everything we needed for a short getaway trip! Beautiful place, thank you both!
Had a great time staying here over Labor Day weekend. It felt private even with the house next door. The lake is beautiful and the bluff that the property is situated on is stunning!
