Everything was fine for my stay. I needed a quick getaway and used this place to escape to. The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Only issue I had was the there was a dip in the mattress but I think it was from the bed frame and I think there might be a chance of bed bugs or fleas especially if people are sneaking their pets into the hotel even though policy clearly stated no pets. I kept feeling something biting me and I had a huge red bump on my forearm this morning when i woke up.

Door had wholes from shoe kicking in door. Pool was dirty and 20% filled with water. Parking was limited with construction. We checked out after 5 minutes due to filth.

It's very old in every aspect; run down, dingy, in need of a total renovation. If you have allergies, you may encounter a health issue. Evidently, the pool has not been cleaned or in operation for a long time, appearing to be filled by rain water. Breakfast pastries are stale, hot food is cool, make your own waffles is your best bet.

We needed a quick room overnight for a road trip. The hotel looked run down. It wasn't dirty - but it wasn't clean either. Walls dirty, scuffed up, didn't look clean and new. In general, it didn't feel warm and welcoming. You can tell the whole building is run down. Staff was fine - not overly friendly, looked unprofessional, no one was at the front desk when we checked in - moved slowly. Elevator was dirty - hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Hallways were dark. doors were open and left ajar. I didn't feel safe or clean. The comforter on the bed was stained. I didn't want to sleep under the covers at all. The room was really dingy. I will definitely not plan a return stay at this hotel and I'll certainly think twice before booking another comfort inn property.
