The manager told us to park in a location near a door that did not offer external entry. When questioned she said use your key but there was no external handle so you couldn't open the door. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. I ended up standing in line 3 times to get my room. She did not inform us of the $42.00 card hold in addition to the room cost.

Room was not what was reserved. Reserved room with roll in shower. Clerk mistakenly gave to another customer thinking it was me . Was told that the room was not guaranteed because I reserved through a third party and i dhould have called hotel direct to confirm. Given a room that was said to be accessible but only had on hand rail at back of shower. I had to hold on to the open bathroom door to get in and out of shower. Very disappointed and frustrated.
