Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 34 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dressing room and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

- A 34 m² living room with dining area, and sleeping area with a single bed; and a second sleeping area, separated by a curtain, with a double bed (140×190)
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A dressing room

Exterior :
- A 25m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Activities:
- Discover Scandola and Girolata by boat from the port of Sant'Ambroggio.
- Diving and snorkeling: explore the seabed with a local diving school.
- Hiking at Punta di Spanu, walk between sea and rocks on a protected nature trail.
- Relax on the fine sand and calm waters of Sant'Ambroggio beach.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in the parking lots at the foot of the building (no reserved spaces).
