Found bed bug as soon as we entered the room. Tried to switch rooms mobody answered phone or showed up at the front desk. No cofee in the lobby. Giant pot holes driving in

I am sorry about it , once in a while if there is a situation we do have to fumigate that particular room , we do have coffeemaker in every room too .

Nobody was there when I showed up to check in. Just a note on the counter saying they’d be back by 4 pm, even though checkin is at 3.

We reluctantly booked this hotel with some optimism that people just leave bad reviews. We called 6 hours in advance to let them know we wouldn’t arrive until 1am and just wanted to make sure we would have someone to check us in. No problem when we arrive, he’s asleep at the desk, no problem. We eventually complete the front desk mission, then we walk up to our room on the second floor, swipe the card and nothing happens. We try this for maybe 5 minutes and then walk back to the front desk, he’s gone. Call the number. The phone at the counter rings… so I walk back up to the room and try the card many more times, recording everything. Then we hear a person coughing in the room we are supposed to be in. Wow! There were like 5 cars in the lot and we couldn’t get the right room. So we had to leave and find another hotel. Stay away
