預料之外的好，房間有陽台，雖然會有小蟲子但這是無可避免的，床鋪很舒適，淋浴的水壓很強也很夠熱，離羅東夜市騎車約7分鐘，早餐是自助式的，整體給人心曠神宜的感受

屋頂是鐵皮加蓋的而且冬天沒有暖氣非常冷，被子也感覺很潮濕，房間非常小，本來有問老闆娘是否能加床老闆娘說可以但現場看到根本沒地方，早餐也很簡單普通
