Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. It was so nice and service was amazing. Only complaint was that the room lighting was very dim. Hard to get good lighting in front of the mirrors and sometimes hard to see when I needed to do work

Hot room, poor service
Room was heated to a toasty 28 deg with no means of cooling it. When I called the front desk to get help, they can’t speak English, and took 2 hours to give me a fan that cannot work. Can’t get out of there fast enough
