Please make sure windows and doors are locked when leaving, simply press the lock button upon exit. Keep doors and windows closed while the central A/C is in use.
To enjoy the outdoor breeze, make yourself comfortable on the porch, the decks or the firepit area.

★ SHOES ★
Keep shoes to a minimum indoors. After hiking, swimming etc., shoes are often wet and muddy.

★ FOOD ★
Basic condiments provided. Help yourself to the spices, oil etc.
If you found you used large amounts of these items, please pay it forward for the next guest to enjoy and replace them.

★ NO FOOD CONSUMPTION IN BEDROOMS ★
Critters, mice and insects are a part of mountain home life and we want to have a comfortable, clean home for everyone to enjoy, so please keep food consumption to designated areas.

Perfect Retreat for Our Family

We had such a great time staying here! Communication with Giselle was fast and easy, and she even helped with an early check-in to avoid some tricky weather on our drive up. The house itself is just so cute and well put together. It was actually relaxing to be there with a toddler (not a small compliment if you know!) and just had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved using the hot tub and it was an easy drive to Luray Caverns. Definitely recommend and will consider staying here again! We noticed the other rentals on the property and are thinking this might also be great for a stay with multiple families or a family reunion. Highly recommend for anyone, but would feel completely comfortable with kid or dogs here:)

Cozy Cabin by the creek

This cozy cabin was nicely remodeled and decorated. Although a little tight with large dogs and little yard space, there are a lot of parks and trails to choose to walk them. The cabin is fully stocked with almost every item you could need and having the outdoor entertainment was a plus as well. Although you can't see the creek that runs right behind the cabin due to overgrowth, the sound of the creek is very relaxing. The owner, Giselle was very easy and pleasant to work with. You can tell she want you to enjoy your stay at her place.
