Reception staff were nice especially Dean. The woman in the breakfast area was a growler. I had an early flight and asked if it was open. She responded negatively. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was clean. It was ok. I use it because it’s yards from the terminal.

The hotel and the rooms were good. I just think the staff could’ve been a bit more helpful for example this morning when I wanted to get my breakfast my girlfriend that was with me asked a member of staff politely to get my breakfast however she was stopped by the manager Dean from doing this as Dean told my girlfriend Off saying that he could she could get it herself knowing feel well. She had trouble with two of her knees and getting my breakfast and hers could’ve led to a nasty accident or a disaster. He also had to go with her for dripping tea everywhere so really it was pure Customer Service on the staff point of view apart from that a good hotel.

Room temperature was too cold. Water in shower was lukewarm at best and we were woken up by a fire alarm in the middle of the night. It was switched off before we had time to leave the room but ruined our sleep.
