Dear guests, we are pleased that you are interested in our holiday property and would like to welcome you as our guests.
For your vacation in Lutterbek we have extensively rebuilt and renovated our apartment.

The newly designed 150 m² living space extends over 2 levels.
The ground floor is divided as follows. You are welcomed by a generously designed bedroom with a double bed and a small workspace. A seating group with a unique view of the Hagener Au flowing past invites you to linger. Next door is also a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. A staircase takes you to the first floor. In addition to another bedroom with a double bed, you will find a comfortable living room here. The living room not only impresses with its cozy seating area, but also with a wonderful view over the adjacent water. The fully equipped kitchen can also be found on the first floor. A large dining area offers enough space for the whole family. The bathroom on this level offers a very special luxury with a whirlpool bathtub. The living room leads to the large terrace with seating and a grill. The property is crossed by the Hagener Au and also has a fishing pond. On the 10,000 m² garden area there is a children's playground, a garden hut with a cozy barbecue area, as well as various seating areas, sun loungers and beach chairs that invite you to laze around. Our Nordic barrel sauna, a hot tube and an outdoor pool await you here! You can safely store your bicycles with us. There is an in-house parking lot for your cars and bicycles.

The apartment is located in an excellent holiday location in the idyllic village of Lutterbek, approx. 2 km from Laboe and the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach. The fine sandy beach with shallow water zones in Laboe offers children an ideal bathing paradise. The sea water indoor pool is only a few steps away from the beach. The wonderful view of the Kiel Fjord will inspire you on your vacation. The nearby yacht and fishing port of Laboes serves as a starting point for the ferries to Kiel and for deep-sea fishing trips. We rent all year round!
