The hotel itself is very nice, the room is surprisingly roomy, bathroom is small but clean, and everything is brand new. The hotel is also reasonably well connected to public transport, with the tram around 3 minutes walk away. The drawback with the hotel was the Service, whilst the staff were kind, it was difficult to access certain things. At check in there are iPads, but we struggled with using these and no staff assisted, despite two being present on the other side of the front desk (bar area). Breakfast was too full, despite it being a paid option, and one day there were no seats available. The lack of a system for queuing at breakfast for items made things very difficult. The queues for coffee stopped access to juices and cutlery, which made things very difficult. In addition, we had to ask three times for things for our room (towels, toilet roll, bin changed) even though housekeeping is meant to be daily and not on request. The bar was difficult to be served at, with staff having to move between the front desk and the bar. With a few tweaks this would be a really nice hotel.
