Ideally Located

Gasperich is one of the 24 quarters in Luxembourg, and is located in the southern part of the city. This fast growing neighborhood is home to a number of new developments. In addition to brand-new housing stock, Gasperich is the site of the swanky Cloche d'Or shopping center, a destination for luxury labels and delicious cuisine. The neighborhood is also home to PwC's Luxembourg headquarters. Gasperich has a number of parks and sports facilities, including the state-of-the-art Kockelscheuer Ice Rink. The neighborhood is served by several tram and bus lines as well as the busy Hollerich train station. All public transportation is free in Luxembourg.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €3050 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
