To protect our neighbours & assets the apartment is fitted with privacy-safe noise sensors. All guest names must be registered. In case of repeated noise after warning you and/or indication of presence of unauthorised guests we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and send our 24hr security patrol and/or the police to ensure the property is safe at a cost of 300 euros. You will have to vacate the property and also be liable for the extra guest fees and rental fees for the nights canceled. If police is called to the property there will be an additional fee of 300 euros plus and all fines / court fees payable by the reservation holder.
