TrĂšs bon hĂŽtel pas cher

Chambre propre, grande, excellente pression dans la douche. Thé et café dans la chambre et machine à capsule dans le couloir. Petit déjeuné trÚs copieux et varié (fruits frais, céréales, toasts à volonté + english breakfast complet) On est arrivé trop tard pour dßner (la cuisine était déjà fermée à 21h30) mais on a bu un verre au pub au rez-de-chaussée qui n'a pas vraiment de "caractÚre" ni de "cachet" mais convient trÚs bien. Situé vers le port, parking (gratuit la nuit jusqu'à 8h) à proximité Je recommande vivement.

Love this place. It's right on the Cobb and it's brilliant for walking. Staff are lovely and the place is great for those taking their dogs on holiday too. 10/10

Lovely position on the Cob itself
 good for beach and parking. Good walk along the front to work up to shops if you prefer a less steep climb. Bed was not comfy sadly but room had tea, coffee and biscuits. A little tired, especially the bed. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast very good.

Great place to stay

Always a lovely stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the food is lovely, its a good location and also great you can bring your dog. The staff are so lovely and helpful its a great place to stay.

Needs refurbishing very tired in places, the TV didn’t work properly, you have th walk pass the kitchen open door to reach the stair, soap dispensers dripping causing slip hazard in bathroom,staff were very friendly and efficient, decor in bar area needs brightening up , no parking and got a ticket when leaving loading luggage and my disabled wife , but did enjoy our stay as well placed for exploring Lyme Regis

Very busy area right on the waterfront, and amazingly quiet considering how busy the pub was. Great shower, convenient to swimming area, walkable to while area and fossil hunting. WiFi issues the Only drawback.

Ideally located

Great location at the quieter end of Lyme right next to the Cobb, harbour and beach. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and hardworking. The food was good too. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy with a pint overlooking the harbour.

Location was very good - although we parked miles away. Friendly staff, nicely decorated bedroom and decent breakfast - apart from no marmalade. TV didn’t work but that didn’t matter.

Great pub, right by the harbour

It's a great pub, right by the harbour. The food was amazing, we had dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and had all the bits you need, kettle, tea/coffee etc. Bottled water by the bed. The ensuite bathroom was good as well. It's a small place, only 3 rooms, so breakfast was only 9-10, which might catch you out if you want early start. But the breakfast was really good!

Good value pub accommodation. Exceptionally clean room with good facilities. Location excellent. Breakfast and evening bar meals of good standard. Do have to pay for nearby parking which for a two night stay could come to about ÂŁ40 extra but worth it for the convenience. A few minor snags with room but not significant. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Brilliantly situated near the Cobb, beaches, car parks and all Lyme Regis has to offer. Comfy rooms, separate guest entrance, very lovely breakfasts. Lovely staff in restaurant at breakfast. Great two night stay.

Charming place!

Charming inn house in a great location. Easily walkable to most of town and the beaches. We visited mid-week in September, so we had no trouble finding parking in the nearby pay and display lot. There's no a/c, so you will want to keep the windows open. I can imagine it could get noisy in the high season, but we were not bothered for our visit. Overall, I would recommend it.

A really friendly, welcoming pub - and good value for money in Lyme. Food is very good, staff really friendly, any problems resolved quickly with good grace. Would recommend to anyone for a comfy stay.

Situation and food both e cells t. Arrived around six, cold and damp, obviously came as a big surprise to the bar staff. Several room keys on the board, told them - to my husband’s embarrassment - we’d paid for the better bedroom on the booking website. There was no guarantee of a sea view in doing this, but we were hoping. After a phone call we were taken to a pleasant room overlooking a side street, and the bins. Neither the radiator in our bedroom or in the bathroom worked. Scrambled under the covers to get warm, rested for a while before walking round the town. Asked a member of the bar staff if we could have the radiator in the bedroom turned on. She said she’d look into it. Pub crammed with happy diners, food looked great, decided we’d eat there the following evening. Came back to a cold bedroom. Breakfast perfect, hot, freshly cooked, high quality produce. Out for the day, intending to return for dinner, knowing last food orders taken at 9. A couple arrived 8.30 ish and were told food service was over. We had a drink instead. Pub packed up around us as diners left, returned to the cold bedroom, had a bath to warm up.

We had a good stay at the Cobb arms. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was lovely. Very convenient location. Beds were small and not very comfortable.
