We had a great welcome from the young lady that was at the front desk and no problems checking in. We were sent to our room and the room was dark all curtains closed and no air on. It was stuffy and hot. The first thing was the bathroom light was all messed up and the light very dim, so dim that you could not see the toilet and had to leave the door open to use the bathroom. My husband went to the front desk and the young lady apologized and offered to move us across the hall. We packed up and moved and the room was better but not much. Since the room had a kitchen we decided would be a great since our two like to have food that is hot, so we got the dish tote and of course then stove burners would not heat up. They really need to clean that stove and get it fixed. The microwave worked, but we had no plug to keep water in the sink to wash the dishes we would use. That evening I went to the bathroom to give our 6 year old a bath and there was no plug for the tub and the tub looked dirty with chips in it. The exhaust fan was very loud as well. The beds had to be full size and not very comfortable . We had requested queen size not full. Fortunately we made it work for the two nights we reserved, but know when we return to this area, we will not book at this hotel again. Really needs to be updated and cleaned up and maybe that would help. Plus make sure the lights , stove etc work so your clients can utilize those so not have to eat out all meals. Thank you

Great staff, but building renovation needed!

Shelly and her staff were amazing and very accommodating. The facility itself is old and outdated. Sets on premium real estate, right on the LU Campus, but the building as a whole needs to be renovated.

Just don’t. That’s right, don’t even ‘think’ about it. Really. Unless you like a smelly room (think 100 sweaty sports bags in steaming hot temperatures), or enjoy wondering if they gave you clean sheets, or if you love thread-bare towels and no soap, then this is the place for you! If you love being recorded every time you enter or leave the hotel and have your ID saved (securely ???) to their database, then this is the place for you! No shears on the window looking directly into the parking lot meant the drapes were closed the duration of our stay. Lots more to say, none of it good.

Great comfortable sleep!

They have a nice grab and go breakfast, nothing fancy just packaged muffins and coffee in the morning. We did not use the kitchen that was in our room, but it had everything you would need. It was very clean in the hotel. Staff was so kind. Very convenient for where we needed to be for the Location of our overnight.

Just too basic. Bed was a cot not a bed, with a terrible mattress. No lobby, dining area, exercise facility, nothing.

the manager on duty was rude and unapologetic for the illegal drug use at the property. The smell of narcotics could be detected throughout the property and it was an uncomfortable environment to have a family in.

This property is run down very bad and in very poor condition. Rocks from the landscaping are all over the place. This location should be at the top of the list for a make over. Our room was very dirty. Only 1 person can use the WiF at a time. I called the front desk and asked for a do not disturb sign and was told it was illegal to put one on the door. Woman was very rude to me. Found hair in the shower that was not ours. There is no pots pans dishes or silverware in the room. They allow pets so good luck. Whole place smelled like a giant enchilada due to all the ahem, cooking going on by the ahem reputable guests. Lots of construction workers sitting in parking lot half the night partying with the music blaring in their trucks. Fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet aircraft taking off. There was never anybody at the front desk, always a sign that said they would be back got tired of waiting twice. Lots of dope smoking going on here. Was worried about my truck getting broke into. Breakfast is coffee, instant oatmeal and fruit bar. Couldn’t pay me enough to EVER stay here again.

Bad experience - Do not recommend.

Not the best stay. We arrived at 11:10pm at the hotel and the person at the front desk was extremely upset that she we would be there after 11:00pm, even though we called 2 hours earlier to let them know. The staff was extremely rude. The room was unclean, we found blood on our carpet upon arrival. They never did room service while we were away, and there were people screaming and yelling in the hallway as we were trying to sleep. I do not recommend this facility whatsoever. Yes the hotel is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for, literally!
