The lady at the front desk who checked me in, Mary, was so nice, she had great customer service. She made sure to tell me all the details about the hotel. My room was a lot bigger than I had expected and very clean. I am definitely please with this stay so far.

Laundry was a plus!

The hotel is in a convenient location. When we checked in our keys didn’t work, so we he to travel back to the front desk. The front desk agent was kind enough to ride the elevator with us to the room to make sure we were able to get in on the 2nd try. The beds are comfortable and the room size is great. The only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the bathroom. The bathtub had stains in it, there was hair on the floor, stains on the toilet seat and toilet handle. I was very uncomfortable in the bathroom, because it looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

Carpet had not been vacuumed. When we pulled the curtain closed at night it revealed a bandaid stuck on the wall. Totally grossed me out. The sheets were pilly and therefore itchy. The bed was worn out and we could not get comfortable. Didn’t sleep a wink! Will not return. The staff upon arrival were so nice and I had high hopes until we got into the bed and then saw the bandaid. The employee at checkout was awful. She didn’t care about our experience and simply just said I will tell housekeeping. Had no customer service skills or empathy to our experience.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our property wasn't enjoyable and that the employee at checkout didn't leave a good impression, that is certaintly not what we want any guest to deal with.
