J'ai changé de chambre 2 fois ! Et cela dès mon arrivé : 1ère chambre -> toilettes sales (une photo a été envoyé par mail) Suite a cela on ma donné une autre chambre qui empesté l'odeur de la cigarette sachant que on la sentait depuis l'ascenseur, je vous laisse deviner dans la chambre ! Enfin on ma donné une autre chambre et j'ai du accepter car c'était la moins pire finalement et je sortais de 6h de route donc epuisée ! Mais dans celle ci jai trouvé dans la salle de bain 3 types de cheveux differents, sachant que jai les cheveux bouclés jai retrouvés des cheveux lisses noir epais, des cheveux bloncs et des petits poils, en gros c'était pas nettoyer !

No value on privacy and safety of belongings

Hotel room was adequate. Service was really poor. Two big issues - Cleaner did not knock on the door and just entered (despite the do not disturb sign). This was particularly irritating as I had just got out of the shower. I paid for late check out as I was catching a train for a lengthy journey late afternoon and wanted to freshen up before the journey (charged at €10 per hour). I came back to the room, early afternoon to be told that my belongings had been removed from the hotel room. I was very concerned as this would have meant going through my belongings as I hadn’t fully packed. It then became apparent that my belongings hadn’t even been fully secured (suitcase not fully zipped up, items placed on top of bags rather than securely inside etc) and we’re just kept in an open office behind reception. I spoke to the manager, who kindly arranged for me to have the room back to freshen up. This was appreciated, up until the point that the cleaner entered unannounced, yet again. I asked for a full refund - this has been declined. I asked for the contact details for complaints - yet to receive these. This hotel has a lot of potential but there was no value for my privacy and the safety of my belongings which are deal breakers for me.

Lyon trip

The hotel is minutes from the train station and trams so it is easy to get around. The staff is friendly and the rooms were new and clean. We left something at the hotel and they were very helpful in sending it to us. Thank you.
