Booking online didn’t clearly mention that the hotel has two buildings (new and old). I assumed it was only one building, so when we checked in, we were surprised to learn our room was in the older building. I think this should be explained better during the booking process to avoid confusion. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power converters/adapters for guests who may need them. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of food options, which was great. However, most of the food was only warm instead of hot. They should monitor and maintain proper food temperatures for safety and better quality. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we appreciated their service.

While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick.

The glass shower doors are leaking through the toilet and vanity area. We have some friends who are checked in the new Royce, after playing in the casino all night, they want us to be together for breakfast. We have breakfast also on our reservation. They will not honor us to use our breakfast reservation unless we have to pay an extra 1,130 pesos each for me and my husband. We paid and noticed they have more food selection.

The pool regulation in de luxe room have to wait because priority to used the pool is the premier room first and they will force to enter the room just to clean it, no manners at all and when you request something front desk it take a long time ,and when thers stain in the face towel and Beth towel they will charged for the stain towel . Very bad management.

The only thing that keeps me from giving an excellent rating in a area or two is the service in the casino restaurant. Plenty of works little customers and it still took over 30 minutes to get our orders and they were not served at the sametime sometime over 15 minutes before my spouse would get her food. This seemed to be common even at the resort we stated in as well. Unlike in the states.
