Escape to our peaceful smallholding for a unique, soul-nourishing stay. Wake to birdsong, stroll with ponies, and enjoy the simple pleasures of rural life. Ideal for travellers craving nature and tranquillity.

🚐 About the Caravan
Lovingly renovated vintage caravan — simple, cosy, and full of charm.
No central heating, but electric heaters & hot water bottles provided.
Gas fire being upgraded to electric. Small Air fryer provided for cooking with toaster and hob and cooker. Working fridge so everything you need for 1 or 2 people to make it comfortable
No Wi-Fi or TV – just horses grazing right outside.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT TOLLERATE SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN OR ON SITE SO IF YOU LOVE A CIGARETTE THEN THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. THERE IS TOO MUCH OF A RISK OF FIRE SO WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SMOKING ON SITE OR IN THE LANE

🛌 Sleeping Arrangements
1 Double & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 2). Great for solo guests or friends — separate beds, ideal for a peaceful working break or short escape.
Convertible bed/lounge space.

Hot shower, toilet & sink.

🍽️ Self-Catering Facilities
Fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, hot water. airfryer
Tea, coffee & small welcome treat included.
Indoor/outdoor seating + fire pit available.
Access to indoor training room (out of working hours) to relax or watch the horses.

🐴 Life on the Smallholding
Home to 7 horses, 8 chickens, 2 cats (Ozzy & Meg), Rosie the Rottweiler & Ollie the Labrador.
This is a non-riding equine therapy space — focused on connection and calm.
Enjoy homegrown veg & fresh eggs. Meals available at extra cost.
