My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio

Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

Boa opção para quem viaja sozinho

Fiquei hospedada no Ibis Budget Pajuçara, em Maceió, e de forma geral, a experiência foi positiva. A infraestrutura do hotel é muito boa: o prédio é novo, com design moderno e agradável. Os quartos têm camas confortáveis e atendem bem a quem viaja sozinho. No entanto, o tamanho reduzido dos quartos é um ponto negativo — para duas pessoas, o espaço é bastante limitado, dificultando até mesmo abrir as malas com conforto. Outro aspecto que deixou a desejar foi a ausência de frigobar nos quartos. Esse item só está disponível mediante pagamento adicional, o que considero um retrocesso, já que se trata de uma comodidade padrão em grande parte dos hotéis. Além disso, o café da manhã não está incluso na diária, o que pode passar a impressão de um custo-benefício inferior, mesmo que a intenção seja oferecer preços mais acessíveis. Por outro lado, destaco de forma muito positiva a qualidade do café da manhã: sempre farto, variado e muito saboroso. Todos os dias fui surpreendida com a refeição e a cordialidade da equipe responsável. Aliás, o atendimento em geral foi excelente — desde a recepção até a equipe de limpeza, todos foram muito educados, prestativos e simpáticos. Parabéns à equipe pelo bom atendimento e cuidado com os detalhes!
