The property served the purpose for a single night stay before onward travel. The room was not very clean including the walls, the curtain, the basil being blocked. Otherwise okay.

My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio

Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

Bom custo-benefício para uma viagem rápida.

Fui apenas para dormir, pois cheguei após as 19h. Viajei por conta de um campeonato que participei em Maceió. Já no check-in fomos muito bem atendidos e tudo foi bem rápido. O quarto era confortável, o suficiente por uma única noite, ou seja, superou nossas expectativas por se tratar do Ibis Budget. O café da manhã é bom, mas simples, sem muitas opções. O estacionamento é a parte, custando R$22,00. É uma boa opção para quem tem carro elétrico, pois o carregador é gratuito, bastando apenas baixar o app Power2Go.
