Everything was great. When we checked in we were advised where breakfast was available and where we could get dinner, it was seamless and great. Room was comfy and access to highway easy on our way out of town.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service. The front desk staff lacked hospitality and seemed unfriendly. In room 38A, the toilet water was running nonstop day and night, which was both noisy and wasteful. The room itself was not well maintained — the door had visible dirty fingerprints, and the furniture was poorly arranged, making it impossible to open the closet properly. Overall, it felt like attention to detail and guest comfort were not priorities.
