For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. An email with instructions to complete the verification will be sent shortly after booking. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Failure to complete and/or pass the verification process—including meeting age and background requirements—will result in ineligibility to stay at the property. Security Deposit & Violations:
A $250 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no violations or issues occur. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.
No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout.
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.

In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed.
